Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using 15Q20M (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you are creating an account on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian.

2. The Service

15Q20M provides a printed daily math practice workbook (sold separately via Amazon) and a companion web application that offers:

• QR-based instant grading of workbook exercises
• Score tracking and progress reports for parents
• Timed practice sessions (15 questions, 20 minutes)

The web application is provided free of charge to workbook purchasers. Core scoring features require no subscription.

3. Accounts

When a parent or guardian registers, a student access account is automatically created alongside it. Students do not sign up independently.

• Parent accounts require a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Student access accountsare generated automatically during parent registration. Students log in with a system-generated code and a parent-assigned PIN — no email or personal information required.
• You may not share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, explanations, designs, and software, is owned by 15Q20M or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. Workbook Purchase

Physical workbooks are sold through Amazon. Purchases, returns, and refunds for the printed workbook are governed by Amazon’s policies. The companion web application access is included with each workbook via a Book Key printed inside the book.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate in all cases. While we strive for correctness, the Service is a supplementary educational tool and not a substitute for professional instruction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 15Q20M shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the workbook.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
